Lab of Pharmacy Engineering

The Deptt. have the following well equipped & advanced laboratories: Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Microbiology Lab., Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lab., Pharmaceutical Analysis & Biochemistry Lab., Pharmacognosy Lab, Pharmacology & Human Anatomy & physiology Lab. and Industrial Pharmacy Lab.. Each Laboratory is fitted with a water distillation still, gas and water supply. In addition to these laboratories, the department also has a well equipped Balance Room, an Aseptic Room fitted with Laminar Air Flow bench and a Museum in which various specimen of Human Anatomy, Biology, Crude Drugs and various Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms are displayed.

Organic Chemistry

Organic Chemistry is chemistry of carbon compounds. It has well equipped Electronic PH meter, Balance room, an Aseptic Room fitted with Laminar Air Flow bench etc.

Pharmaceutical Analysis

Pharmaceuticals use or sale of Medicinal Drugs. This Laboratory is fitted with a water distillation still, gas and water supply.

Pharmacology

The study of the action of drugs on the body. It has well equipped Autoclave, Electronic PH meter, Balance room, Electric Weying balance, Hot air oven, Mortar and Pestle etc.

Microbiology

It is a study of Micro-Organisms and growth of Micro-Organisms. It has well equipped Autoclave, Electronic PH meter, Balance room, Electric Weying balance etc.

Pharmaceutics

This Laboratory is fitted with a water distillation still, gas and water supply. The apparatus used for Tablets, Emulsion, Suspension, Ointments are Coating pan, Disintegration apparatus, Dissolution apparatus, Friabilator, Capsule Filling Machine, and Single Tablet Machine.

Pharmacognosy

The apparatus used in Pharmacognosy is Soxhlet Apparatus, Clavengir Apparatus and Distillation Apparatus.

Physical Chemistry

It is an application of physics to the study of chemical behavior. It has well equipped Electronic PH meter, Balance room etc.

Anatomy and Physiology Health Organization

The objective of this lab is to give knowledge about detail structure about bones of our body.
