The department of Applied Science provides the service in the institute to enable the students to equip themselves with the fundamental aspects of science and technology. Every effort is made to inculcate the scientific temperament in the students.
It is the largest department of the institute. This department plays a key role in developing the basic practical skills of almost all the students by imparting rigorous training to them in the relevant Workshop
